Home of the Saturday Night Rodeo
Nestled in Bulverde, Texas, just north of San Antonio, Tejas Rodeo Company is a true Hill Country gem. We offer authentic Western entertainment and experiences for all ages.
Every Saturday from March through November, we host a live open pro-rodeo, followed by live music and dancing under the stars. Guests can enjoy our award-winning steakhouse, outdoor BBQ concessions, and ice-cold drinks—all in a one-of-a-kind Western setting.
Looking to host a private event? We can recreate the full Tejas experience for corporate gatherings, conventions, fundraisers, and more.

Our year-round Tejas Steakhouse & Saloon feels like a walk through the Old West, featuring original cowboy gear, Western art from the late 1800s, and hearty cowboy cuisine. From our signature KC steak to dishes passed down from traditional cowboy cookbooks, every bite tells a story. Pair your meal with local spirits, craft beer, or a handcrafted cocktail.
We also offer horse boarding and riding lessons.
