Become a Retail Vendor at our Saturday Night Rodeo Market
We are looking to grow our pop-up market in order to provide a unique shopping experience for the 1,400 guests who attend our rodeo each Saturday!
Vendor Information:
- Vendors agree to share a complete and accurate list of items to be sold at booth at least 7 days in advance of rodeo date
- Vendors agree to only sell family-friendly products. This is at the sole discretion of Tejas Rodeo
- Vendor acknowledges Tejas has the right and will review all items in booth to ensure they are appropriate for our event. We may ask you to remove certain items if we feel it is necessary to ensure all products sold align with our brand and what we believe to be appropriate and in good taste
- Vendors agree to pay a space fee of $50 per rodeo. Vendor fees are due 7 days prior to the rodeo date
- The fee reserves one 10x10 space for your setup to be assigned by Tejas Rodeo. You will need to provide your own tables, chairs, pop-up tent, etc.
- Electricity and Wifi are NOT available
- All vendors are available to start setting up at 4pm and should be ready to sell when our gates open at 5pm
- Breakdown is at 10:00pm
- All booth fees are non-refundable
